How do I join the call?
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a call link. For video consultations, this is a browser-based link — no app download required. For phone consultations, the astrologer will call you at your registered number. You'll also get a reminder 15 minutes before your session.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before your session through your dashboard at /booking. Cancellations within 2 hours of the session may not be refunded, as the astrologer has reserved that time. See our

Do I need to share my birth details in advance?
Yes, for the best consultation experience, create your birth chart on AstroCapitalX before your session. Your astrologer will see your Vedic chart — including Lagna, planetary positions, Dasha period, and active transits — automatically. You don't need to send anything separately.
Is the session recorded?
Sessions are not recorded by default. If you would like a recording, inform your astrologer at the start of the session — recording requires mutual consent. For chat consultations, a full transcript is automatically saved in your account at /consultation.
What if the astrologer doesn't show up?
If your astrologer does not join within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session is automatically cancelled and your wallet is fully refunded. You'll receive an email confirmation of the refund within 24 hours.
Can I speak in my regional language?
Yes. Our astrologers offer sessions in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, and Malayalam. The astrologer's listing will show which languages they consult in — filter by language on the page above to find the right expert.
