Default Position: All Sales Final

All purchases on AstroCapitalX — wallet top-ups, subscription plans, and consultation fees — are considered final at the time of payment. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with predictions or readings, or non-usage of paid services.

Exceptional Refunds

At AstroCapitalX's sole discretion, partial or full refunds may be issued for:

  1. Technical errors or duplicate charges — e.g., payment gateway double-debited or system error
  2. Service not rendered — astrologer no-show for a confirmed session, or platform unavailable during a booked time slot
  3. Fraudulent payment — payment made without the account holder's authorization
  4. Genuine grievance — egregious cases determined by our support team

Conditions

Live consultation refunds

Chat or call sessions with a human astrologer can be refunded within 7 days of the session ending. Refunds are computed per minute at the original session rate. Either full or partial refunds at platform discretion based on the specific concern.

Refunded amount is credited to your AstroCapitalX wallet, consistent with the rest of this policy. Quality complaints qualify for refund consideration — rude astrologer, off-topic answers, technical glitch, repeated disconnect. Outcome complaints do not qualify — “the prediction didn't come true” falls outside scope, because we publish documented analyses, not predictions (see about page for our position).

To request a session refund, email support@astrocapitalx.com with your session ID and a description of the issue. Refund requests after 7 days will not be honoured, as astrologer earnings flip to payable status at that point.

For voice calls specifically: the call recording is retained for 90 days from the session end. If you dispute a voice-call session within the 7-day refund window, our support team will review the recording (if available) before deciding. The recording lives well beyond the refund window so that late legal or fraud disputes can still be investigated, but is not retained indefinitely — auto-deleted at the 90-day mark.

AstroCapitalX provides educational and informational content; we do not guarantee financial returns or specific outcomes.
