Refund Policy

Default Position: All Sales Final

All purchases on AstroCapitalX — wallet top-ups, subscription plans, and consultation fees — are considered final at the time of payment. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with predictions or readings, or non-usage of paid services.

Exceptional Refunds

At AstroCapitalX's sole discretion, partial or full refunds may be issued for:

  1. Technical errors or duplicate charges — e.g., payment gateway double-debited or system error
  2. Service not rendered — astrologer no-show for a confirmed session, or platform unavailable during a booked time slot
  3. Fraudulent payment — payment made without the account holder's authorization
  4. Genuine grievance — egregious cases determined by our support team
